  1. Midi Machine is shareware.

  3. To install Midi Machine, simply run the SETUP.EXE file in/on the distribution
  4. media.
  5.  
  6. You can uninstall this software by choosing "Add/Remove Programs" from the
  7. Control/Panel.

  13. Welcome to Midi Machine, your all-in-one solution for managing and playing CDs,
  14. graphics, movies, and sound in one simple interface.  Midi Machine V3.0 was
  15. written completely from scratch to give you more power, faster, and easier to
  16. use.
  17.  
  18. Midi Machine plays the following files:
  19.  
  20. .MID - Midi music files (and why not?  Midi Machine is named so because of its
  21.   great midi playing ability.)
  22. .WAV - Wave files, sometimes called digital audio
  23. .AVI - Audio-Video interleave files, or mini-movies
  24. .BMP - Bitmap graphic files
  25. .WMF - Window metafiles, another type of graphic file
  26. .ICO - Windows icon pictures
  27. .TXT - Text files
  28. .RTF - Rich-Text Files
  29. .PCX - Another kind of graphic file
  30. .PNG - PNG graphic files, a new graphics standard that is taking the world by
  31. storm!  Gives good compression
  32. .JPG - Jpeg images giving you high graphics compression
  33. CD-Audio tracks.

  35. Midi Machine is so intuitive that you probably will never need to read the
  36. help.  But if you do, there's lots of it!  We provide:

  38. 1) Tooltips for toolbar buttons (see instantly what they do!)
  39. 2) Context-sensitve help using the standard WinHelp engine
  40. 3) Tips of the day that give advice on harnessing Midi Machine's power
  41. 4) Technical documents describing possible problems and solutions
